Happy St Patrick’s Day From Harrogate Tipple!
At Harrogate Tipple we’ll be celebrating St Patrick’s Day by creating the ultimate Special Edition Whisky cocktail – ‘The Leprechaun Sour’.

What you will need:
50ml Harrogate Tipple’s Special Edition Whisky
25ml Lemon Juice
Egg white
1 Teaspoon Sugar
2 Dash of Bitters
Ice
Orange for garnish (optional)
How to prepare it:
Pour the Whisky, Lemon Juice, Egg White, Sugar, Dash of Bitters and Ice into a shaker and shake thoroughly! Fill a glass with as much ice as you’d like. Finally, strain the cocktail over the ice and garnish with a slice of orange. Enjoy!
