DELIVERY & RETURNS

DELIVERY CHARGES:

Delivery within the HG1 and HG2 postcodes is free of charge and will be delivered by one of the team within two working days.

We have two options for single bottle delivery:

24 hour Tracked Delivery (weekdays only) through one of our chosen courier services, which is charged at £9.00. Dispatch will take the same day if ordered before 12pm, if not the next working day.

Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery, which is charged at £6.00. Delivery should take place within two working days of dispatch (if ordered before 12pm it will usually be dispatched the same day), subject to Royal Mail.

For trade deliveries or orders over six bottles please contact us so we can offer you the most cost effective transportation.

These costs are for Mainland UK only – if you would like our Tipples delivered elsewhere please contact us.

RETURNS POLICY:

Unfortunately, items cannot be returned. Product won’t be accepted for a refund or exchange as we cannot guarantee they haven’t been opened.

If the product is still in a sealed and resaleable condition it may be exchanged for another product however, we will not refund the delivery costs and the return shipping must be paid for. In this case, the product must be securely and safely packaged as we will won’t take responsibility for any damaged returns and so won’t refund them.

If you receive a bottle which has been damaged during the delivery process please contact us immediately.

Experiences such as the Gin School Experience or Distillery Tour dates can be changed but not refunded. Changes can only be made up to 72 hours BEFORE the experience is due to start, anything after this time period will be charged at the full amount.  The experiences can be booked online for up to a year from purchase. Please do not ask for this date to be extended as we are unable to do this.

Gift vouchers bought online or in the retail outlets are valid for one year from date of purchase. Please do not ask for these to be extended as we are unable to extend them.

MISSING ORDERS:

If for some reason your order doesn’t arrive within five working days please contact us. Occasionally there may be reasons which are out of our control which cause delays in transportation, however, we will always chase up a delivery if it doesn’t arrive when it should and let you know the outcome.
