Gin School
Indulge in the art of creating your very own gin with a chance to explore the beautiful and historic gardens of the Ripley Castle Estate.
Sample our award-winning spirits whilst creating and distilling your bespoke recipe in one of our beautiful miniature copper stills, before taking your very own bottle home with you.
The Gin School Experience runs for approx 3 hours.
During this time you will be immersed in the gin-making experience while drinking gin and tonics (so please leave the car at home)!
Start off in the Harrogate Tipple Distillery for a quick tour and see our two beautiful copper stills, where all of our gins are distilled.
Head over to the Gin School where you’ll create a personal recipe for your very own gin. Choose from over 80 dried and over 60 seasonal fresh botanicals ready to be picked from our patch in the castle gardens.
Sample it, bottle it and take it home! We will keep your recipe safe so you can reorder it in the future.
