Returns Policy

Unfortunately, items cannot be returned if they’ve been opened or if the tamper seal has been removed. In these cases the product won’t be accepted for a refund or exchange.

If the product is still in a sealed and resaleable condition it can be exchanged for another product however, we will not refund the delivery costs and the return shipping must be paid for. In this case, the product must be securely and safely packaged as we will won’t take responsibility for any damaged returns and so won’t refund them.

If you receive a bottle which has been damaged during the delivery process please contact us immediately.
