We’re over the moon to have just launched our brand NEW Honey Harrogate Rum! Many of our customers will remember our original Harrogate Rum, and this new addition goes above and beyond the previous. We’ve finessed this honey rum to add a whole new dimension to the rum flavour. We know you’re going to love it, and many of you already do!

What is Honey Rum?

Quite simply, honey rum is the rum that you know and love, but with the addition of honey to add a little sweetness to its flavour. In true Harrogate Tipple style, this isn’t just any honey – it’s Yorkshire honey. We pride ourselves on the use of locally-grown and sourced ingredients with our gin, and our Honey Harrogate Rum is certainly no different. 

We tried our fair share of honeys before finding the perfect one to introduce into our rum, and we fell in love with a locally-sourced Yorkshire Blossom Honey. Blossom honey has a subtle floral flavour to add depth to the sweetness of the honey, and the balance of hibiscus, cherry, vanilla and smoked oak with the Yorkshire blossom honey, results in a deep and smooth rum of true distinction. 

Serving Suggestions

How is it best served, you ask? This honey rum is so sensational that it is perfect served neat or over ice! It also tastes fantastic when mixed with a chilled Ginger Beer if you fancy something a little more refreshing. And for those cooler, cloudy days – of which there are many here in the UK! – why not add some of our honey rum to your coffee or hot chocolate? The warmth of the rum combined with the warmth of your hot drink is sure to warm you from the inside out!
