TOM NICHOL - MASTER TIPPLER
We are delighted and proud to have Mr Tom Nichol as part of the Harrogate Tipple Family. He is a very experienced Master Distiller and an adorable Scotsman, the nicest man you’ll meet!
In year 2015 he was honoured with a lifetime award by The Gin Guild – they made testament to the contribution he has made to gin over 42 years in the drinks industry.
Tom started his career in Whisky before working at Tanqueray overseeing the making of No10 as well as others.
We had great fun so far making our first Batch of Harrogate Gin with Tom and introduced him to Harrogate, which he loves so much that he has become a regular visitor, even when he is not making gin!
He is often seen wandering around the gardens getting inspiration for seasonal gins.
We have got a great future planned with Tom, with many more tipples in the pipeline.
