- Harrogate Tipple’s Basil Bliss 🌱
- 50ml Premium Harrogate Gin
- A lime for squeezing
- 25ml Sugar Syrup
- Ice
- Sparkling Wine / soda water
- Fresh Basil
How to make it:
In your Shaker, add Premium Harrogate Gin, Squeezed Lime, Sugar Syrup and Ice. Shake! Add ice to a glass. Strain your cocktail over the ice and top up with sparkling wine. Gently rub the basil with your hands to release the oils, add it to the glass and stir. Serve and enjoy!
