The Special Edition Brandy was made in collaboration with Yorkshire Heart, a vineyard less than 15 miles from the Distillery.
Together we have created a Yorkshire Brandy – their locally grown grapes have been expertly made into wine for us to then distill in our copper stills. Once the liquid has been double distilled, it is aged in specially selected oak barrels to create the most wonderful, unique and authentic Yorkshire Brandy.
